Burr and Rose 01

The other day I was on my way out with Burr and his crate to let him get some exercise and to clean his crate. Right now hes living in a pet carrier/crate and its just really too small. I try to take him out often, but I have 10 hourse cats and two dogs and a roo loose inthe house full time so he cant roam freely. But recently I built a pen for my chickens and they arent moved in yet so I htough it owuld be nice to take him out for a while and let him plat in it.

On my way past my mothers bedroom door, I could hear poor Rose welping. Both my mother and step father wher gone and Rose was alone. She HATES being alone. They keep her locked up in their room because they think shes not safe roaming the house. Shes a baby chihuahua and reeeeealy tiny. So, I thought, hey, Ill bring her out too! Though I knew they might be mad. Heck, they hadnt even taken her outside yet! Who cares! I grabbed the little bum (and lemme tell you, she was SO happy!) and out we went.

In the pen I let Burr out of his crate and sat myself on the ground and set Rose down too. She was scared of the ground at first. Shes never been out on dirt before! But she soon got used to it and spoted Burr. He was happily hoping about and sniffing and occationally chewing a weed. This picture here is of their first nose sniffs.
